This is the best Embassy Suite we have stayed at so far. The girl at the front desk, Joseline, upgraded our room the second night on the first floor next to the pool and hot tub. She also found my lost phone.

The Embassy is top notch. Kid friendly with indoor pool and games for everyone of all ages on 7th floor. The rooms are very spacious. The outdoor hot tub was very nice and relaxing even though it was 30 degrees outside. Outdoor fire pits to enjoy. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Staff was awesome. I will definitely be staying here from now on.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is away from all the business of pigeon forge but so so good. The Atmosphere is amazing, everything is clean and great, very family oriented. Amenities are amazing and very well maintained. Breakfast buffet amazing and dinner is great too. Will stay there again.
