The Holley Beary Inn is a luxury 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom log cabin located about 1 mile from downtown Pigeon Forge. This charming luxury cabin features a gas log fireplace, a total of 6 TVs and DVD players with one in each room. There is a full sized, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, and espresso machine. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer plus in-ground charcoal cooking grill, and wireless internet. There are 2 king-size and 2 queen-size comfortable beds. A small bunk room with a bunk bed is available for the kids. Cabin is also equipped for the youngest visitors with a pack-n-play portable crib and booster/high chair. For games, there are dominoes, board, and card games, plus a Nintendo Wii Game System! Super convenient and quiet location. High quality inflatable bed is available for loft area to comfortably sleep 2 extra guests. Therefore, the cabin will sleep up to 12. No smoking and no pets please.
This cabin's great location gets high marks from our customers. During your stay, you're just a quick walk from Xtreme Racing Center. A hot tub and laundry facilities are available. The cabin offers a jetted tub and a kitchen.

Enjoyed the sleeping options—we let the 3 kids pick where they wanted to sleep. Living room area had plenty of seating for the entire family. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. The host was friendly and attentive. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Holley Beary. Dennis was extremely helpful when I needed him, which was often because I never had done anything like this. It was very convenient to downtown Pigeon Forge. We will do it again someday.

The cabin was wonderful, Cathy our host was awesome, plenty of room for everyone. Our little granddaughter absolutely loved the hot tub, we used it everyday. Upon arrival my son noticed the A/C upstairs was froze, since he works in HVAC he changed out the filters and checked the outside unit which was froze. We let Cathy know and turned the A/C off and turned it back on the next day. My mother in law didn’t mind it being set on 70 or 72 she likes it warm. My other suggestion would be a better trash can and a set of keys so you can go out of the downstairs door and lock it instead of locking the downstairs then walking up the stairs, walking out, locking the code lock and then walking to the front of the house to the car. The parking is great, room downstairs (the front of the house) where most of the bedrooms are and upstairs (main floor) where the kitchen, living room, a master bedroom and bunk bed room is. This was perfect for my 90 year old mother in law, she only had to walk up a couple of steps and was able to stay on the main floor, no stairs to walk for her. We had a wonderful stay, everything was close by and sitting on the covered porch was so peaceful and relaxing

Family trip to Pigeon Forge

This beautiful and clean cottage was amazing! There were 6 adults and two kids. We had plenty of room to spread out and the location was ideal for getting around Pigeon Forge. Owner was super great to work with and quick to respond. If we come back to the area, we would definitely rent this large cabin again. I highly recommend it!

Property is beautiful. Dollywood is a must see. Pigeon forge community center provided pickleball courts and a pool. It was a plus for rainy days. Smoky Mountain National Park was beautiful. Three bear sightings!!! Great vacation. Tennessee is beautiful!
