The room for the price we paid wasn’t to bad. But it could have been cleaner and it smelled bad. There was no coffee maker in the room like advertised online. But if you looking for a decent hotel that’s cheap it’s not that bad of a place, there was just a lot of loitering around outside and you will want to keep your car doors locked

I stayed with my kids sept. 1-4th. I paid $28 a night so i cant complain too much. With that being said, the staff was not friendly! Room floor felt disgusting!! The room light did not work but thankfully we had a lamp to use. It advertised breakfast which meant, they had granola bars. No coffee machine but there was coffee ground packets along with sugars lol. They do have pools on site. 1 indoor and 1 outdoor. My kids did utilize. The beds were ok. Again, we paid $28 a night so we received what we paid for. Other then that, the location was good. Right across from a restaurant. walking distance from the titanic museum. in View of the Hollywood wax museum. If you're wanting something cheap but in the middle of things, then yes this is the place. I probably would not stay here again. Being the pool was the only decent thing. It took 7 days to receive my deposit back.

The pool was murky. We had three cockroaches in the hotel room. The non smoking bedroom had a light switch that has been lit on fire and melted. The drain in the bathtub looks like it could give you tetanus. Two of the three towels provided had huge black/grey stains on them. There was no security lock on the door, it had been ripped out and not replaced. There was hair stuck to the bathroom wall that was not ours and had clearly been there for awhile. Lightbulbs were missing.

This was the worst hotel experience I've had in my adult life. It was reminiscent of Panama City Beach hotels we stayed at in college where we didn't care what they looked or smelled like because we were just there to get drunk and party. The room was stinky. The floors were so dirty that if we walked on them for two minutes after a shower, our feet were black. The lights didn't work. The chair was broken. The couch looked like someone pooped on it. There were coffee supplies but not coffee maker. The curtain rod was broken and the curtains barely shut. The towels were stinky. I truly believe they gave us the worst room because we booked on Expedia and they made less money on the room. We saw some other rooms that looked much nicer than ours. I talked to management and they said the owners were working to make it better. It was obvious they were lying. The other staff (housekeeping) were rude. It was disgusting and offensive. I'm shocked that Wyndham allows their name to be on this property.

Well, the hotel out side is out dated and dirty. Inside just ok. Sink didn't drain. I had to plug in Tv and air. Wow. Not recommended No breakfast at all, just granola bars. And bad coffee.

DO NOT BOOK HERE AND WHEN I SAY DO NOT.. PLEASE DO NOT I’m so so upset I live 4 hours away so of course when I get there me and my friend are super tired well the hotel looks disgusting nothing like the pictures but that’s not the worst part if you want to lay in bed bugs see cockroaches and the smell of mold then you’ll love it but I don’t think anyone would love that. And yes I’m being serious cockroaches it was disgusting not to mention they said they would provide a refund after all of the photos I provided and Expedia nor I ever got a response. I’m just warning anyone interested to please take your business elsewhere we ended up staying at a a holiday in on nascar drive and it was absolutely amazing I will totally be going back to the holiday inn but here NEVER!! I mean EVER I really would like the health department to be notified on this because my friend after laying on the bed had bed bug bites. Please book elsewhere just looking out for anyone considering booking here.

Wifi rarely worked. No house keeping stopped by our room, room not clean and found bugs crawling and dead throughout the room chair was broken. Front desk staff was friendly. This a place I wont stay at again.

We was pleased with everything except when the fire alarm went off and my husband went to the front desk to find out what was going on because I had a quadriplegic child in my room and needed to know if it was an accidentally set fire alarm or if we needed to grab him out of the bed and run and that’s what we ended up doing leaving his medical equipment in the room no one telling us what was going on I understand staff needs to figure out what’s going on but there should have been someone at the desk to let guest know what was happening

Not handicap assessable unless on 1st floor elevator has been out for unknown time with old torn signs in them.. most doors do not have the inside lock, blood was found in the wall, microwave had been burnt inside, the mini fridge was NASTY, the hair dryer cord has been cut, pools had way to much chemicals, the light by the pool was broken, if a person walked by it while water got splashed on it… well u tell me what could have happen? Banister was covered in bird crap.. u can tell it had it not been cleaned! Who wants their children to touch that? Their breakfast consisted of unopened pop tarts and coffee, juice machine didn’t work, no milk, lights was never turned on, fireplace was never turned on, front desk man was hunkered down in a chair with a hoodie over his face. Very rude staff except the lady on night shift. No wash cloths in room had to wait till next morning at 9:30 am to get them from housekeeping. Electric sockets broken in the rooms. Rented 2 rooms. One rooms fire detector was not working and laying in cabinet? Really. Comfort 1 star rating bc the air does work and the bed was comfortable. Until I cleaned the linens off for the cleaning ladies and seen the blood on them. Curtains has mold on them. I have more pictures but this site will now allow of them to be posted. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Pool was empty when we arrived, evidently had been closed and had to be pressure washed, room was dirty, had to wear shoes in the room to keep our feet from getting dirty, staff was unpleasant, only 2 towels in our room (no wash clothes or hand towels for the four of us), all areas outside the room were dirty and unkept. Pool area was overgrown, indoor pool was filthy. Would have given 0 stars if it were available.
