Cabin description:
The first bedroom is located on the main level and features a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is also a half bath on this level located off the great room.

The second and third bedrooms are located on the upper level and boast large king beds. The fourth bedroom is also located on this level and has a queen over queen bunk bed. There are two full bathrooms on the upper level located just outside the bedrooms. Both upper-level bathrooms are outfitted with shower/tub combos.

Also, just off the pool area, is a full bathroom with a toilet and a shower/tub combo.

** KITCHED & GREAT ROOM **
The full kitchen is well appointed with all the essentials you need. You'll find stainless steel appliances and a coffee corner with an espresso machine and a dual brew Keurig coffee pot. The coffee maker works with K-Cup pods and ground coffee. When it comes time to eat, you can pull up a chair at the kitchen table (seating for six). Your morning coffee will be extra enjoyable from one of the rocking chairs on the large decks.

The spacious living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day's adventures. Kick your feet up and bask in front of the electronic fireplace, or stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV.

** POOL AREA **
The entire lower level is dedicated to the fun pool area, complete with a heated pool, Adirondack chairs, a foosball table, and access to the lower deck. The pool is professionally serviced, cleaned, and chemicals balanced between each group of guests. The pool is roughly 8' wide by 15' long.

* Note that the pool is only four feet deep, so diving is strictly prohibited.

** OUTSIDE SPACE **
Step outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air right from your own private deck. All three floors open up to covered decks, so the outdoors are easily accessible no matter where you are in the house. You'll find plenty of seating options to enjoy the natural surroundings, and there's also a private hot tub on the main level. A charcoal grill is situated near the front porch.

You will have private access to the entire home, including the outside space. We provide a starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper - you may need to restock these items depending on the length of your stay

You will likely see and hear critters during your stay. Beware of any bears you may encounter - they may look cute, but they are dangerous. Never feed or approach any wildlife.

Free parking is available in the driveway for up to three vehicles. Street parking is not available.

You will receive a door code for easy access to the property prior to your check-in.

Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. Early check-in and late check-out are not available at this time.

Before you leave, we ask that the following items be completed to help our housekeeper quickly prepare for the next guest: Please empty the refrigerator and take all trash outside to the bear-proof receptacle and load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it. Thank You!

The hot tub is ready for you and should be set no lower than 100 or more than 104 degrees at all times. The hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay. It takes a few hours to reheat after cleaning, so you may need to give it a little time after you arrive to heat with the cover on if it is not yet as hot as you like it.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. What Linens are included? - We provide linens for beds, bath towels, hand towels, beach towels, makeup towels, and washcloths.

2. What household supplies are provided? - We provide you with shampoo/conditioner and body wash per full bathroom. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, we'll also provide you with paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags, and laundry pods. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

3. What does the kitchen include? - The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a toaster, crock-pot, blender, various size pots & pans, an espresso machine and a Keurig dual brew coffee maker.

4. Do you provide any baby items? - No, currently we don't provide any baby items

5. Do you provide a grill? - Yes. There is a charcoal grill outside. Please note you must bring or purchase your own charcoal and we provide the lighter in the kitchen drawer.

6. Do you allow pets? - No. Under no circumstances do we allow pets.

7. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? - Yes! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay.

8. Is the pool serviced after every stay? - Yes! The pool is professionally serviced, cleaned, and chemicals balanced between each group of guests.

9. How big is the pool? - The pool is roughly 8' wide by 15' long.

10. How deep is the pool? - Max depth of the pool is 4ft.

11. What time is check-in and check-out? - You may check in any time after 4:00 PM and you must checkout prior to 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.

12. Do I need a 4-wheel drive? - The roads are not mountainous. There is a slight steepness when you enter the community. But a regular sedan can easily handle the slight climb.

13. I'm trying to book but it won't let me. What's wrong? - The majority of problems are with your credit card company not allowing the charge. Please contact them first.

14. How many parking spaces are there? - We have parking in front of the cabin for 3 vehicles.

15. Do you decorate for the holidays? - Yes! We decorate for Christmas each year.

This cabin offers its guests an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and a hot tub. Public spaces have free WiFi. This cabin also features barbecue grills and laundry facilities.
