Breakfast was fine. All of the staff members were very pleasant. The shower curtain was too short for the shower. The big refrigerator made too much noise all night long. Or I would have stayed another night.

Breakfast was fresh but boring and eating it several days in a row. The cups for the juice could be a little larger. The food was fresh, condiments were well stock, and it was very clean. The tables were cleaned as soon as the guests left.

My family and I booked this hotel for our "New Year's trip". Honestly I'm not a fan of staying in hotels, but this place actually checked all the boxes for us. Location was close to the main strip, but distant enough from all the hustle and bustle to feel secure. Hotel staff was great and so nice. Breakfast was buffet style with hot options and waffle makers. We chose the bedroom suite which gave us some privacy from the kiddos which was perfect. Everything was clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with many of the cooking essentials. Loved having a reasonably priced laundry room on site. The late pool hours were a huge plus for our little night owls too. We will definitely stay here again in the near future.

This was our first trip to Pigeon Forge, very pleased with the rooms. Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were customer friendly and helpful. Indoor pool and hot tub were nice and relaxing. Our family enjoyed our stay at the Leconte Hotel and plan to visit again.

Everything was great other than we had to take cold showers… said there was a water leak then it was fixed but water was still very cold only in the shower! That’s why I gave it a 4 if the water would’ve been hot it would definitely been 5.

I would move the gravy and oatmeal to the other side so the eggs and the sausages don't get backed up. Cause everybody stops right there trying to get gravy and then it backs up
