designed to make cooking and entertaining a breeze. With stainless steel

appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, you'll

hot cup of coffee as songbirds fill the air with their morning melodies. In

the evening, unwind on the private deck and fire up the brand-new gas grill to

cook your favorite meals under the open sky.

Bringing horses along? We've got you covered with on-site horse stalls and a

round pen—a convenient and comfortable stopover for your equine companions.

Motorcycle and trailer travelers are also welcome, with plenty of space for

easy access and parking.

The pet fee is $100 per dog

There is a 2-dog maximum

We only allow dogs

You will need to bring a crate

Please do NOT leave your pet(s) at the property alone unless they are kept in

a kennel.

The pet fee is non-refundable

Please clean up after your pet(s)

Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is

damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be

charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.

Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or

sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time

needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.



Location/ Roads / Parking:

This barndominium can easily be accessed by motorcycle or vehicle. Level

parking for two cars. Just 5 minutes from Pigeon Forge, 20 minutes to the

Smoky Mountains, and 20 minutes to Gatlinburg. You will find a Dollar General,

Kroger, or Food City nearby. With a great location, you're just a short drive

from everything downtown Pigeon Forge has to offer.

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the

Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy

local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at

dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-

ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New

Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.



Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will email you the door code, which we will resend

a week before your stay.
