This property is having renovation did. Overall, the property is in good condition. The staff are very professional and helpful. The breakfast is good, and the hours for free breakfast are 6am-9am. Overall, on the scale of 1-10, I will give them an 8-scale review. My stay was decent there and I would go back to stay.

The property says it's under construction, never seen anything being worked on. Ice machines are only on floors 1&2. One working elevator. The rooms were good, the hallways were poorly taken care of. The major complaint is house keeping took our trash can and we requested it being returned which never happened. So I had to buy trash bags to keep the room picked up. The staff was friendly at the front desk. The lady who runs the breakfast looked like she could kill. Don't ask her anything she was spitfire at 7 am. The pools were very clean and nice. The lazy river did have some sharp areas where the vents were so if your walking the river be careful. Not a bad hotel, would stay again but it def could use some upgrades.

Last night we stayed the fourth floor had a small fire somewhere but it smelled the whole floor up. Then went to pack the next day and had roaches trying to crawl in my bags. The bathrooms had mildew all over the place.

Under renovation. Bed when you sat on it it went to the springs. The beds were clean and the bathroom but overall it looked run down.

I would never stay there again. We had to dust before we could even sit stuff on the dressers, the windows and the door to the balcony were filthy, big stains on the floor, the table wobbled so bad u couldnt sit n eat there, I complained on sunday it got fixed wednesday, day before we left. The beds were soooo uncomfortable, the TV in the bedroom was broken, it leaned to the right. The arms of the love seat were filthy, i wanted to request my money back n go home but we traveled 6 hours and was stuck..

Terrible experience, terrible motel

From the time we got there to the time we left it was awful. We had 2 rooms, they were suppose to be adjoining, they werent. We were promised it would be fixed everyday for the 4 days we were there they never did and would blame us when we mentioned it. "We should of ask earlier, its to late, all roomes are full" when we teied to call and ask earlier they wouldnt answer or they ask us to be patient. Only to leave us in the same 2 rooms. The rooms smelled. The floors were gross. There was poop on the bathroom wall, mold all over behind the curtains on the wall, microwave missing in one room, i basically had to beg for that and finanlly got it one day before check out. Bugs in the drawers. Theu sent "cleaners" in while i was gone only for the bugs and mold to still be there. I made sure to tale photos of all of this so id have proof. This was the 2nd floor. I would advoid at all cost. Spend the extra money get a nice room. The pool was even terrible, slick floors and filthy, it appeared they were trying to cover it with chlorine. The one positive was the breakfast. The kids did enjoy the lazy river. It was nasty but they had fun in it. Oh and let me note i called pretending to be someone looking to book 2 adjoining rooms, which they told me on the phone they had and would be happy to book me. But told me in person they had no options to move me on the first 2 days 😞 i didnt attach all photos, just a couple.

I have stayed here several times over the years and this was not great. I always get a hotel with a hot tub and the hot tub was broken. The entire hotel seems in disrepair as a lot was being worked on. Had to walk a distance because the elevators did not work except on one side of hotel. Breakfast was ok.

We didnt stay at the property. We took one look at the room/over all facility and walked out. It was dirty beyond acceptability to operate let alone living conditions. Elevators didn't work (no sign to state that) the building was falling apart. There was garbage in the elevator and hallway all over with grime on the walls. The door to our room looked like it was smashed in, the light fixture looked like it was about to fall off the wall. This place should be condemned, and is over due for a serious health code inspection.

The lazy river pool had no flowing water to make you go around the lazy river the light was out of the wall in the lazy river and there was like a sewer pipe leaking around the pool area the floors were nasty but our room was not bad had a nice balcony

The elevator on one end of the building doesn't work. From our room we had to either take 4 flights of stairs or walk all the way to the other end of the building. A inconvenience for sure, especially when going to ice machine or pool which was 4 flights down from our room.

Awfull, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

This hotel definitely did not live up to expectations!! It was dirt and run down! We were only provided 2 towel sets for 4 people( which we disclosed the guest total at booking) when we asked for more we were told housekeeping had already stocked and we could get fresh towels the next day. When we said there was 4 people that needed showers they acted like we were hiding the amount of people we had. The electrical outlets were all loose or placed in unusable locations. The showers head had mold on it and holes in the ceiling. The lights in the room either didn’t work or flickered when we turned them on!! We wouldn’t use the pools because the outside one was filthy and the inside one had missing chunks of concrete and smell so strongly of chlorine I was afraid to let my kids swim in it!! Thankfully we had family at a different hotel so we could swim in their pool.Definitely would not stay there again!!!
