The property needs a major face lift. It’s so outdated and my room smelt like mold. BAD. We paid for a balcony and upon check in there were non available. No refund or price match. The smell by the pool area was way to strong

The staff was very kind our room was clean and comfortable the outdoor pool was nice. The hot tub didn’t work, and the indoor pool smelled so strong of chlorine we couldn’t enjoy it other then that everything else was amazing and we have no complaints.

This hotel is the best I’ve been to around this area. The breakfast is good, staff and everything about it is amazing. I would 100% recommend!!

Pools are over chlorinated. My daughter was in the lazy river for only a hour and her eyes and face got so red. She ended up in tears because of her eyes burning so bad. And no she did not open her eyes under water (she’s 19) also bathing suit got faded. WiFi is also terrible.

Overall experience was good. The only problem we had was the pools had too much chlorine in them which caused 3 swimming suits of ours to look like they were bleached. I told the staff at the front desk so hopefully they fix that issue don’t doesn’t happen to other families. Staff was very nice and friendly. Would stay there again in the future.

The carpet is too dirty. People throw trash everywhere in the hallways. There are no baseboards on some floors and the rooms' cleaning is superficial.

I booked the family suite, the rooms smelled old & musty. Upon unpacking our things, my daughter used the restroom, and the toilet was completely broken. Didn’t flush etc. front desk ended up moving us rooms, we were given two rooms due to not have any more family suites available. Upon going into that room, roaches were in the bathroom

The room was dirty and smelly. Asked for non smoking they gave us smoking. Had to move. The halls or room never got vacuumed the whole 5 days we were there. The toilet stopped up told staff they gave us plunger to fix. The inside pools were dirty. Not at all what was advertised. Very Disappointed!

There was no ice machine on our floor. The beds literally looked like they had been slept in. There were no lawn chairs around the pool. The indoor pool area and lazy river was dirty.
