This is an excellent property, and I particularly enjoyed the penthouse room, which offered a splendid view and festive Christmas decorations. My only suggestion for improvement would be the installation of smart TVs. As I am staying for three nights with children, the absence of streaming services like Netflix presents a challenge, especially considering that a TV was available in every room. Otherwise great l9cation and very nice hotel.

At check-in I was wildly impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Smiles, greeting and explaining of the site and amenities. We arrived at our room and WOW! More than I expected for sure. The facility was great, location and condo great. Except that the couch and chair located in the main living area near the fireplace were terrible. Very uncomfortable, no footstool, no tables to place a drink. Other than that the condo is very comfy.

Hot tub has black mold growing around the sides of it. The check in and out process is severely dated. You have to check in and out at the desk. The check in girl wasn’t all that friendly and insisted I walk back outside to get the license plate number which I thought was wild. I told her I would call her when I got to the room but she insisted. ALL OF THE PAPERWORK I FILLED OUT AND THE 4 PAPERS SHE GAVE ME COULD HAVE BEEN AN EMAIL AND ALREADY DONE ONLINE. Furthermore, if you are making everyone check in and out it would be nice to have friendly ladies at the desk or make it so we can go directly to our room. The landscaping is just okay around the place. The apple cider was good, but 50% of the time it was empty. The activities director was nice and we loved her. She was the best thing about the hotel. Very friendly, maybe she could help the front desk ladies until you go contactless. Hotel room was clean except two small grease spots on the tile in kitchen backsplash. Bathroom tile has mold starting to grow.
