FAMILY FRIENDLY! As owners with young children, we've designed this home with families especially in mind. For those with little ones we have a highchair, pack and play and baby gates already there so you can save space when you pack. For older kids, we have games, books, a pool table and an arcade to keep them having fun all day long! The 3 level set up lets everyone spread out and have their own space.

"Dancing Feathers" is a beautiful 3 BR/BA chalet tucked in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains in a quiet area just one mile from the main parkway in Pigeon Forge. Just minutes to the "Island", the Old Mill, Dollywood, Goats on the Roof coaster, shopping, and all the attractions that make Pigeon Forge such a fun place to visit! Just 15 minutes to Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Flat paved parking, no steep mountain roads, and an ***easy NO STEPS entry**** make arrival for little ones and older visitors a breeze!

There are 3 separate floors with a bedroom and bath on each floor allowing for privacy. The top floor has a bedroom with a flat screen tv, queen bed and a full private bathroom. The main floor (entry level) offers 20 foot vaulted ceilings, two skylights and an abundance of windows overlooking the top deck, wooded terrain, and seasonal mountain views. Stretch out and get cozy by the gas log fireplace. This floor's bedroom offers a king bed, flat screen tv, huge jetted soaking tub for two and a separate en suite bath with walk in shower. The laundry is located on the main floor. All rooms have ceiling fans for your added comfort.

The kitchen, on the main entry level, is fully stocked with everything you would need for baking brownies or preparing dinner. In addition to nice dishware, glassware and cutlery we provide our guests with a large slow cooker, electric griddle, toaster oven, and a 12 cup coffee maker. There is a charcoal grill located near the front entry way and a gas grill on the back porch.

The lower level has a queen bed in the private bedroom, another full en suite bathroom, a nice living room/tv area, pool table and classic arcade. There is a full sized sleeper on the lowest level as well.

When you want to be one with nature, relax on either deck and take in the beauty of the hardwood forest including an abundance of maple, oaks fir, buckeye, hickory and birch trees. Spotting whitetail deer crossing the open meadow adjacent to the forest behind this cabin is common late afternoon/early evening. Soaking the afternoon or evening away in the hot tub on the lower level deck is another option when hanging out at the cabin.
