Welcome to Sharp Hollow Retreat by Beyond Expectations—a tranquil mountain escape nestled on 15 acres of private land with stunning views of Bluff Mountain. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps up to 9 guests and offers a perfect blend of comfort, entertainment, and natural beauty.

Step inside to a warm and inviting living space with plush seating, a large smart TV, and open flow to the dining and kitchen areas. The fully equipped kitchen features ample counter space, modern appliances, and everything needed for home-cooked meals. Gather around the dining table for shared meals or game nights.



The sleeping arrangements include a king-size primary suite with ensuite bath, a queen guest room, and a bunk room with a twin and full bed—perfect for kids or friends. A queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room adds flexibility for larger groups. Each bedroom offers cozy linens, storage, and thoughtful touches for a restful stay.



The game room is a guest favorite, featuring a pool table and vintage Pac-Man arcade for hours of indoor fun. Spectacular property is tucked away on a beautiful piece of property but also conveniently located right outside of Pigeon Forge. Enjoy local shows, fine dining, rides for both adults and children, or hiking the Smoky Mountain Parkway. Something for everyone!



Getting Around:

Located just outside of Pigeon Forge, and minutes from Dollywood and the National Park.



Other Things to Note:

*NO PETS ALLOWED!

*Hot tubs takes a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out.

* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.
