Other things to note
The red tape:

■ NO Pets. Pets are NOT allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.

■ NO SMOKING! Smoking/Vaping of any type is NOT permitted anywhere on or in the property. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning. Violations may also result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

■ Rates are subject to change until management confirms your reservation.

■ Registered guest must be 25+ and present during the stay. (Parents with children or young adults under 25 with are allowed)

■ 2 Human Max. If you bring more people than accounted for on your reservation, you will be asked to leave without refund.

■ 2 Vehicle Max

■ Quiet-time is after 9:30 pm. If you are a night owl this property is not for you.

■ We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy
more.

■ Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are NOT provided

■ You will likely see and hear critters. We do however have the cabin on a regular pest control service schedule to help minimize the possibility of such critters/bugs coming into the cabin.

■ Bears are dangerous

■ The fireplace is gas

■ We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.

■ The hot tub is for guests only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

■ SLEEPING: If you plan to use the sofa sleeper, the linen's are under the coffee bar cabinet. NOTE: When opening/closing the bed be sure to pull/push from the middle of the bed frame and do not force it closed as the mechanism should move freely. Damaged caused by failing to follow the above operating instructions will result a bent bed frame at a cost of $500 to replace.

■ Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM.

■ No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $50.00 for each subsequent 15 Minutes that the guest fails to vacate the property.

■ No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.

This cabin offers its guests a hot tub and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Pigeon Forge cabin is smoke free.
