The hotel is new and very clean. Staff members were friendly and helpful each time I needed something. The property is located conveniently close to dining and shopping opportunities. I love staying here and have stayed three times this year. It’s a great place for families.

This is my third stay at the Staybridge Suites in Pigeon Forge this year. I love staying here. It’s new and fresh and so clean. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I already plan to stay here multiple times next year.

There was no housekeeping service provided during my entire stay, and the breakfast offerings lacked variety and were sometimes not fully stocked. Additionally, I found a dead fly and another insect in my room, which was disappointing.

Was pleased with my stay except breakfast. Oatmeal and grits were never done, The attendants could have used more help due to the number of people staying. It was full our 5 night stay. The shower & toilet area was very small. Overall a great stay!
