Getting Around:

Getting here is a breeze with well-maintained roads that offer scenic views of the Smoky Mountains, making your drive as enjoyable as your stay. The complex sits atop a steep hill, so while access is smooth year-round, we do recommend a 4WD vehicle during the winter months for added ease.

Warning the property is very run down and is not maintained. There was stains on the bedding. Room wasn’t cleaned. Microwave and fridge had a stain.

This property was advertised as a four bedroom four bath condo. We went here with a large group of family expecting to have two rooms with king beds and two rooms that each had two queens. Instead, we got two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two queens. There was two sleeper sofas. So while we expected everyone to be in their own bedroom and have their own bed, two people had to sleep in the living room, and two of our female guests had to share a room with a male guest. Everything was also very outdated. Wallpaper peeling. Linoleum ripped. Appliances only partially work. Closet light does not work. Back door does not lock. I explained that the condo was not as listed to the owner and requested a partial refund. He refused. I also reached out to VRBO asking for a remedy and they did not assist either. I do not recommend staying here. VRBO customer support told me that someone else had complained of a similar issue in the past but yet they still refused to offer a solution. Parking is also very complicated as it gets very tight and if you have more than one car, you have to park far away. The location is really good because it’s very close to everything in pigeon Forge. They also had an abundant supply of towels, which was appreciated. One other issue is even though it was advertised as being able to accommodate up to eight guests, there were no extra blankets. Plenty of extra sheets, but no blankets.

Communications was perfect, along with the distance it was from Dollywood. However, there was only one parking place that was tight (overflow parking was available at the clubhouse). The property does need updating. Beds were very uncomfortable. One of the toilets didn't flush (I was able to fix it). The deck was sketchy. The cleaning crew needs training. There were dirty rags left in the shower. The return grate for the AC is filled with dust and visible grime. There is also an older musty smell. Overall, OK, but not something I would book again in its current condition.
