Fine for the price, not handicap accessible

The location was great, the service was great, and it was very clean. The breakfast was average, but good. When we got there, the door was broken and wouldn’t lock. They immediately switched our rooms, with no push back or issues. However. We booked a handicap accessible room since I have a spinal injury. Our “accessible” room was on the second floor with no elevator access. So I had to use stairs. Thankfully, we weren’t making a lot of trips up and down them, so it was manageable for me this time, but if I was having to use my walker or if someone had to have a wheelchair it would not be manageable.

Outside is a little outdated, does not look like the picture but over all room were clean, bathroom was nice. Kitchenette was a nice touch. Safe place to rest for the night as we were on out doing activities and site seeing most of the day.

Booked the night before our 4th of July stay and they were great. Personable staff checked us in and the room was very clean and comfortable. Had 2 queen beds on the first floor. It was quiet and we were never disturbed. It did have a kitchenette, but there were no dishes, silverware or pans to cook with. Bring your own if you want to use this amenity.

I booked this room online with a walk in shower and king bed and kitcnette, got checked in and went to our room only to get a call that we had to move rooms because it had carpet and I have a registered service dog She changed our room and we repocecced to get all of our stuff and move only to get downstairs and it was a double bed nothing like I had booked. I went back to the front desk and explained I booked a king bed and that is what I wanted so changed rooms again and was giving a room with a king bed no kitchenette and a handicap Walk in shower. All is all we changed rooms 3 times and missed our dinner reservation.

It was very clean and updated, staff were very polite and attentive. Can park and walk the pigeon forge strip, or be a short drive from anywhere you want to go!
