Convenient and cost effective location to stay for a night in Pigeon Forge. Its not trying to be anything than what it was. It might look in need of a bit of TLC on the outside, but the room was clean, but the comforter on top of the bed had some stains. The breakfast was plentiful. Staff were friendly. The area was quiet, although there was some loud noises first thing in the morning.

Good, basic motel.

Property is older, but obviously has been updated in some ways. Customer service was good when we asked for things. It is very basic, but for the price, it was more than adequate. We were looking for a cheap stay that did not have the unsavory characters often associated with low cost places. Our stay was very quiet, and since it was right off the strip, we had quick access to all the places that interested us. Did not use the breakfast options, so I cannot give any info. But that area looked clean when we checked in. Overall, good basic place for a budget.

We arrived for a girls weekend to a filthy room, hair all over sink,shower and floor. There was no handsoap in bathroom, the sheets were dirty and it smelled like smoke. Luckily I was able to get refunded and went to a much cleaner hotel.

The stay was adorable and pleaent, all the staff were friendly and helpful the last day someone came in next door being loud and disruptive but we did not file a complaint and we still did not regret our stay the free breakfast was delightful and the staff made any disreution worth staying for.

Was a very great hotel rooms and a nice feeling, only down side is the outside of the hotel seems not updated, and found 1 earwig in my room. Searched entire room didn’t find anymore bugs.
