We arrived and the internet was not working properly which cause no tv to work. Host was able to get it fixed but the guest bedroom tv still wouldn’t work. The heat wouldn’t work and we were left to use space heaters in the bedrooms to try and stay warm. The downstairs heater would go above 64. And on top of everything, there was no hot water. We ended up leaving and canceling the rest of our stay and had to find somewhere else we could stay.

We loved our stay! Very clean and cozy! Everything was freshly washed and clean to even include the shower curtain, bath mats, comforters and throw blankets. It was a cold weekend, and we were given extra room heaters to keep us warm. Very thoughtful! Thank you for making our weekend visit a great one! Will definitely love to stay here again for future visits!!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and in a quite area yet only five minutes from the Parkway and all the action of Pigeon Forge. The unit was stocked with everything one would need for an extended stay. The host was very responsive and checked in on us after we arrived.

Perfect Place in Pigeon Forge

This condo was exactly as advertised and super CUTE. The location is perfect to hit all the major spots in the area (the strip, Dollywood, the Island, etc). Gatlinburg proper was just a short drive away. The condo literally had everything we needed on hand. The kitchen was stocked with I needed to cook there and the space was perfect for our family of 4. Not only was the condo itself a great rental, but the Property Manger was easy to contact and very responsive. The app was acting up on the day we checked in, but a quick call got us everything we needed to check in with ease. I highly recommend this place for your vacation rental!

Construction

We didn’t receive check in directions until an hour before check in time after I had to reach out to get it. The condo next to us was under construction for our whole stay, that we were not warned about. There were workers and tools on our back porch, they had a tarp covering our front porch and door, it was obnoxiously loud when my wife and baby tired to lay down for naps. The lock on the front door stopped working, locking me out at almost midnight where I had to then wake my wife and baby up so that she could let me in. The host was very responsive (other than the check in information), and the construction wasn’t really her fault, but a heads up would have been very appreciated because with a 1 year old we probably would have stayed somewhere else.

Family trip

The property was nice. Everything was clean. Our first night there the air conditioner went out. They had someone there the next morning and had it fixed. The only disadvantage I found with the condo is the steps were extremely steep. Need to mention that in description of the condo. I have nerve damage in one of my legs and going up the stairs was a little hard. Over all it was a very nice place to stay. Would definitely recommend this condo. Location was perfect and was only mins away from the strip.

Home away from home

Great place to stay! Clean and comfortable, with everything you need to feel at home with plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day of sightseeing. Loved the location - minutes from downtown (easy walk if you want to stretch your legs). Host was extremely helpful and answered my questions quickly! Great place to stay!
