The room smelled of cigarettes but the staff came up to deodorize. Then when i turned down the top cover the comforter was dirty and hadnt been changed. The staff broughht me up clean linens but i had to change the bed and the mattress cover was nasty. Because i used hotel.com vs just renting room from facility i couldnt go anywhere else. It was also Saturday night and there wasnt another room available like ihad paid for and again being from hotel.com instead if the main place i was sort of stuck. The staff was kind and did their best to help me.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is dated, but was satisfactory. Walking to attractions and restaurants on the South side of highway, where Inn is located, is doable. However walking across highway was impossible. Access by car leaving Inn can be considered "frogger" for adults, but we survived and so will you. Breakfast was served late for us started at 7 am.
Titanic museum was on our to-do list.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The staff kind and helpful. The food was so good. Great biscuits the apple cider was delicious. The shower was very nice. The bed was a little too soft. I like it firm but thats not a deal breaker. I will be back to this place for sure.
