A country feel in the middle of everything

We paid on $142.78 a night (including all taxes and fees) for what was a fantastic little hotel with hot breakfast. You can’t beat that. The location of the hotel was fantastic if you’re looking to be close to everything. Though it’s on the main strip, there is still a country feel to it. We had a room with a view of the stream where we watched the geese and ducks each morning from our private balcony. The indoor pool was in good shape with the water actually heated! Indoor pools in most hotels I have stayed at usually have bone chilling water, but not this one. I highly recommend.

I've stayed at several different hotels in Pigeon Forge, and so far, I enjoyed this one the most. The room was clean and up-to-date, it has both indoor and outdoor pools, it offers a great, full hot breakfast, cookies and popcorn at night, and literally borders the Pigeon River, which is beautiful. This hotel costs more than others I've been to, but I felt it was worth it, and I will absolutely seek to stay there again on future visits.

Great place to stay and visit with family

It was amazing! Very clean, excellent staff, very beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay and will be staying at this Inn again on our next visit. Only thing should have more handicap parking. Hard on people with walking issues to walk from the back of the lot uphill to door.

What a wonderful place with wonderful people. We had an amazing time at The Inn on the River! We loved watching the ducks, geese and heron from our balcony and even watched a little river otter swim upstream! The breakfast buffet was awesome and fresh and the fire pit was super awesome too! There is so much positive to say about this place! Will definitely stay again in the future! Thank you to the folks at the Inn on the River for making our trip extra special.

My family and I stayed here during our vacation to Pigeon Forge. It was our first time staying at this property; the front desk staff were friendly, and the hotel had plenty of parking. We enjoyed feeding the ducks by the river. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We had two adjoining rooms with a balcony, and the view at night was gorgeous. The breakfast was great and offered a wide variety of options that changed daily. My mother commented that it is the nicest hotel she has ever stayed in. The only con I could mention is that the pool is not heated and the water is cold. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay, and I would highly recommend it!
