There was no fan in the bathroom to help with steam from shower, and the bathroom itself was very small. Very few plug ins in hotel room, and the beds were hard! For the size of the hotel i felt the pool was small, but I loved the movie and popcorn on friday night but it was so loud in the pool area we couldn't hear the movie. The staff checking us in was very friendly and helpful. Location was close to alot of things!

The pictures of the property are nicer than the property itself. The hotel was pet friendly which was great. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly upon check in, but not helpful when asking if they had any napkins, cups, paper plates, etc. onsite any time after the breakfast bar/restaurant area was closed. The restaurant staff were wonderful and very kind. At least one vending or drink machine was broken on every floor. Overall, I would NOT stay here again. There are too many other nice hotels with better amenities that are equivalent or lesser in price that I would choose to stay at before staying at The Ramsey again.

The room was excellent. But for the price charged (as a 4star price) to have construction happening on the same floor, and very close to the room should have been stated or discounted at least. It was going early in the morning, and some nights even until 10-10:30 range. It was not ideal for a rest or work environment, And the parking lot was getting sealed one day as well, so that was quite inconvenient as well. Overall the hotel was nice looking, the room was nice, but the overall stay at the time wasn't ideal.

Too many dogs. Booked double beds thru third party. Man that was at fro t fest said third party people always say they’re available bit he only had king size with ouch available . No beds g was in the room for couch so I went back down to ask the man for bedding. While waiting, a couple came in without reservations..and for two beds. Fixed them right up.!!!! I questioned him after the. Purple left and he apologized and asked if I wanted to swap rooms and get a double 😤😤😤😤

Best shower ever

The shower was amazing made me start remodeling my own shower Service was top notch Some reason I thought there was an aquarium in there because of pictures But it wasn’t Breakfast buffet was good
