Our over all stay was good. The only thing we didn't like so much was the beds and pillows aren't too comfortable for the price we paid but cleaniness of the hotel and our room was great, it's spacious as well! We had a corner room with a kitchenette which was very clean also. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet area with a grocery store and retail shopping in walkable distance.

The location was great for our events. We didn’t know there were balcony options and when we arrived we tried to upgrade to a balcony suite and were told everyday that they were checking with Platinum and Gold Status members first and we never got the opportunity to over a 5 day week.

I was so impressed with this property! It was super close to Dollywood and super reasonable. It is right next to a grocery store for any last minute necessities but super quiet. Great location and super comfy and clean room.

Service was excellent! Room hallways and our room not that clean. Shower curtain was dirty, floor not sweep. Bathroom fan did not work. Toilet paper holder was broke. I told the attendant upon check out. Breakfast was good, sometimes had to wait for more bacon or sausage, eggs to be put out. Could definitely use another toaster and space things out so more people can have access to the waffle maker’s and toaster. Thank you Scott Weinke
