The main problem for us was staying on the second floor and tha walking ramps were steep. Sorry to say that the breakfast pancakes and eggs were dry. But all in all I liked it and would stay there again

We had a terrible sleep, the car activities outside the room ran till 3am. We arrived after 10pm and the clerk should have tried and give us a room in the back. She also said it was on the third floor, and told us to go from the back, it was really the second floor but in the front of the building. The room was ok, it was clean but really old. to be honest not sure if any rooms were available in the back, but maybe saying all the room in back full might have helped. We could only walk to the cook out which was swamped by these car people, it did feel a bit unsafe.

We arrived by motorcycle in a heavy rain. We were soaked but the desk clerk was kind enough to give us an early check in. She was friendly, polite, and courteous. Plenty of eating places within walking distance.

Our group came in on motorcycles and we arrived much earlier than expected. We had just driven in the rain for over an hour and the reception clerk was very kind and courteous and did her best to accommodate us. She made our cold miserable trip not only enjoyable, but it became a perfect trip.

We stayed here many years ago but it has since been renovated. Our rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water and nice bedding. The location is great for walking to shops and restaurants and it’s easy to get on the Parkway and go to Gatlinburg. The on site restaurant was delicious and there is a balcony area with a fireplace that we enjoyed to watch traffic on the strip. Will stay here again.

Room wasn’t bad. Very clean and when we had a small issue they were there to fix. Only complaint but out of their control, pool building three stories and no elevator.
