Just minutes from Caseville, our home is freshly painted and tastefully remodeled with upgraded appliances, new flooring, premium mattresses and a stunning view of Lake Huron! The private sandy beach, evening bonfires and exquisite sunsets will set the stage for your relaxing break from reality! Our home is spotless, in a quiet neighborhood and features many modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The home boasts 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, completely remodeled kitchen, brand new heating and air conditioning units, gorgeous patio furniture and gas fireplace. Several safety features, too, including outdoor motion lights, a safety fence, 3 fire extinguishers and all new smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Whether you're looking to relax on the deck, enjoy water activities, build sandcastles with your little ones or explore nearby attractions, our lake house is the perfect getaway for families, couples or friends. *It is IMPERATIVE that ALL garbage be bagged and placed in the wooden trash box near the road, upon departure. The garbage is picked up each Monday.
Absolutely NO indoor smoking and NO pets of any kind. It is also VERY important that you do NOT pour boiling water in the kitchen sink.
Please rinse the sand off your feet before entering the house. This will help to keep the floors and furniture cleaner during your stay.

Gorgeous place on Lake Huron with a great view of Charity Island and close to Caseville. The beach has beautiful sand where you can wade out for hundreds of feet. Bedrooms are comfortable and the living spaces are spacious, recently updated, tastefully decorated and perfect for playing games. The large deck overlooking Lake Huron is a great place to relax with family and friends while watching the sun set.
