Welcome to The Pearlman Loft, nestled in the heart of historic Pilot Point, TX. It offers a unique blend of organic, modern, and eclectic vibes. Inspired by the serene beauty of nearby Lake Ray Roberts (3 miles away) and the quirky charm of our horse country town, this loft apartment is a true gem. Discover its distinctive features, including cozy sitting areas, stained glass, and historical trademarks from the late 1800s. This special place offers a mix of history and luxury.
Open-Concept Living: Featuring high ceilings, large windows, and skylights that bathe the space in natural light. Enjoy unique, handcrafted nooks on multiple levels, including a cozy library, peaceful office space and a stylish bar area.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook up a storm in our galley style kitchen, complete with all the essentials and a few extras to make your stay comfortable.

Prime Location: The loft is nestled in Pilot Point's Downtown Square, the highest point in Denton County, and is within walking distance of various dining and shopping options. This area boasts a rich history, from Native American and Western settlements to cattle drives and stage routes. Lake Ray Roberts is just three miles away, offering a peaceful escape to nature and outdoor activities.
Important things to note: Due to its historic nature and unique setting, The Greenberg Pearlman Lakeside Loft is not ADA compliant or babyproofed. The loft features multiple stairs and levels, some of which are steep and may not be suitable for everyone. We encourage you to review the pictures that display the stairs and ladders to ensure it meets your needs.
Please be aware that there is a nearby train that passes by occasionally. While it may be heard from the loft, it is a normal occurrence and nothing to be alarmed about. We actually find it quite charming and hope you will too.
