250 m² gîte with 4 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, living room with bay windows opening onto the countryside and its spa + sauna. For your comfort, 3 shower rooms, 1 bathroom, 3 toilets, heated floor, beds made on arrival, towels provided and included in the rental, 165 cm flat screen TV, bean-to-cup coffee maker (filled on arrival), American fridge... Roanne 20 min, St-Etienne 45 min, Lyon 1 hour, Clermont 1 hour 10 minutes. Access to the gîte via a 200 meter passable road. Possibility of subscribing to a cleaning package for an additional €120 (excluding cleaning of the oven and the plancha). Detached house completely renovated in 2018, isolated and easily accessible, in the heart of the Gorges de la Loire, in an exceptional natural environment. You'll appreciate the peace and quiet, the panoramic view, the high-quality interior fittings, the 21 m² unheated above-ground swimming pool, the covered terrace, and the Loire River just a 10-minute walk away.
