The pillows were flat and way too soft. The coffee was week and there was only one cup for 2 people. The bed make a strange noise when ever your rolled over that sounded like someone was throwing things in a dumpster. The curtains were only half hung on the rod.

The location of this hotel was great. It was close to everything. You could walk to Pine Mountain. It was close to the Little White House and FDR State Park. It was just 1 mile to Calloway Gardens. The room was a standard room. Walls were paper thin so we could hear conversations from the people next door. The bed was fine. The room could have been cleaner. The staff was responsive. Our bathroom light was out and they changed it quickly.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Ac/heating unit worked well, great location Carpet dated and appeared vacuumed w/low quality vacuum, a zip tie on floor 😬. Room had cig.smoke odor, smoke alarm torn off wall.Dirty,Parked car in parking spot w/clothes hanging on antenna&out of windows,tree branch on the windshield,outdated tag, just sketchy 😬

Freezing outside but Heater in room was totally effective in keeping my room at the perfect temp. Ate at a local restaurant Ida Mae’s which was a buffet with very tasty food. Ate at Callaway Gardens Christmas Village and that food was amazing. The Decadent Hot Cocoa with Peppermint was out of this world. Loved loved it!!!!

I arrived. Walking up the concrete stairs I notice vast amounts of rust on the iron supports. Maybe thats safe, but it provides the wrong starting impression. The room air conditioner was broken; you couldn't power in. Only one blanket on the bed. A cold night. The room had an LG TV set in it. No controller. Had call front office to get one. When scrolling through channels, the icon in upper left corner didn't match any of the stations. Eg, it would display and ESPN icon but show a cNN page. The controller had no way to scroll through the list of stations and select one. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

On the drive up, The clerk called to see if I wanted the heat turned on in the room. I thought that was very considerate. Check in was fast and easy. The room was very clean, neat and smelled great. Bed was comfortable. Jaccuzi tub was nice and hot. Everything worked as it should. I would definately stay here again.

The shower had hair on walls and there was places that were not vacuumed on floor and inside bedding was stained. The place needs an overhaul on many issues from painting to proper cleaning.

I’ve been staying here on and off for 20 years. Rm 130 property is in need of an upgrade. Pillows seem like they haven’t been replace in years, bed is too soft and worn out. Toilet seat doesn’t fit and was loose. Shower tub was stained and “Popped’ while moving around. water was hot as needed. Staff was nice. One weird thing, couldn’t turn on or off the Tv Had to unplug it. But there was No bugs, and it was Clean as expected. Unfortunately there was a smell of cigarettes. I’m assuming a smoker stayed in this room. Not actually smoked in the room, but left there mark. Didn’t care for that. Not the staffs fault. I would stay here again but would try different room

Courteous staff; old room; needs gutting and remodeling. No safety latch on door. Fridge had been unplugged and water leaked everywhere. Custodian helped mop up water. Floors filthy. I had to go buy socks!!! No breakfast items.

The best thing about the stay was that the beds were extremely comfortable— the best night’s sleep I have had in a hotel stay—ever. When I shared that with the clerk he said they had been making updates at their hotel and started with new beds—Success!!!

The room had a terrible smell. Opened the door to let in fresh air bit that didn’t help at all. Had to leave before we spent the night. Had severe sinus problems and tightness in the chest. Would not recommend to anyone. Beware.
