The cabin was ok, but the was no air conditioning like advertised. Asked about it after our stay because reception was so bad on my phone it took forever to load anything on my phone. Host stated the ac was stored out in the shed. Why should i have to ask for an amenity that was supposed to already be in the cabin? Also had to wait an awful long time to get a response from the host. But he said it was within a business day... should i really have to wait that long? Also has a camera when u first walk in on the ceiling, but it wasn't hooked up i was told.

Rustic cabin that is quite cozy. We were there for a fishing tournament so didn’t spend a lot of time in the cabin. Brian was very helpful. Answered our questions and made sure we got settled in.

Great stay at the Sanctuary

We enjoyed a nice 4th of July weekend at Brian's cabin. The location is very nice - shared beach is nearby and very clean, neighbors are friendly. Brian was very responsive when we needed something. The cabin is very clean and meets expectations of a woodsy log cabin in lake country.

Our weekend started a bit rough but once we contacted Brian he made everything right. He was very accommodating and friendly! It was a memorable weekend and we will definitely be coming back! We loved the neighbors, everyone was very friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

Great small log cabin with comforts of home

Had a great stay in this small but cozy log cabin. It housed four adults very comfortably. Updated bathroom with claw tub and shower. Full kitchen for cooking. Everything is very clean. Check in was a bit wonky as I didn't get an email from VRBO but the property owner was quick to respond and grant access. Really, really nice guy. Nice attached deck with picnic table. Fire pit on premises. Roku TV with streaming channel access. Overall a great little place for a quiet weekend with a few friends, family, or just as a couple. Thanks Brian!

Cozy cabin for getaway

The Sanctuary was a wonderful place to stay. The patio & firepit were a perfect place to chill. Cabin amenities were top notch, very impressed. A very cute and cozy place to have a nice getaway.
