Cosy, comfortable apartment block. Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 400 m from the sea, from the beach. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 160 m, bar, café 110 m, bus stop "Av. Montserrat - Pl. De les Palm" 150 m, railway station "Pineda de Mar" 400 m. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 57 km, Blanes 12 km, Mataro 26 km, Sant Pol 10 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
