- Pineda de Mar train station is only 500 metres from the apartment, about 15 minutes' walk away. You can take the train to Barcelona (approx. 1 hour) or Blanes (approx. 15 minutes). A way to get around with more peace of mind and comfort without having to use your car.

. Option to deliver keys at the accommodation for an additional cost of 20 euros to be paid at the time of key delivery. This service must be requested in advance.

Out of hours arrival:

· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price £50 per booking (payment on arrival)

· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price £100 per booking (payment on arrival)

· Out of hours check-in option with security box at the office at no cost.



· Mandatory tourist tax payment. 1.75 euros per person per night with a maximum of 7 nights. (for persons aged 16+).



. Security deposit of 300 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.

In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.



No refund or financial compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow it to be managed as quickly as possible.



Parties or celebrations on the property NOT permitted.

In case of complaints from neighbours or if the police are called, the deposit will not be returned and the guest must leave the accommodation immediately.



· Pets are allowed for an extra cost.

Owners must ensure they collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning charge will be deducted from the security deposit.



· Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.



It is forbidden to light candles or any other type of objects that could cause fires in the home.



Beach towels not provided



Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery of property or any loss during your stay.
