The house is a little dated, but we have seen that with all the VRBOs around Pinehurst so nothing out of the ordinary. Having said that, it was clean, comfortable, and suited our needs just fine.

Great for extended family

This property was absolutely PERFECT! We had family in town and needed the extra room. Every couple had their own room and bathroom, the gathering space in the main living area was super comfortable and the covered deck provided a nice outdoor addition!

Great for golf group

Our golf group has been staying at Hackers Hideaway for 10 years at this point. It is the perfect setup - 4BR / 4BA with 8 beds. Great AC and water pressure as well. Over the years the owner has continuously made upgrades as well. Look forward to staying again next year!

Great Location

Check in was easy, although I would suggest a key pad on the door for easier access. Kitchen and bathrooms well equipped. We were in Pinehurst for US Kids Worlds golf week and the location is perfect for visiting the clubhouse and not far from most all courses involved in the tournament. Older house, but perfect for a golf trip since there are 4 bedrooms and bathrooms and has all the basics necessary! Thank you! Hopefully we will be back next year

Group of seven ‘67 HS classmates returned for second year to watch ACC tournament. Perfect setup for us with plenty of seating and large screen tv. Very clean and had everything we needed. Plan to return next March. Owners very available and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Nice place for a golf group!

This house was nice. Only issues were very minor, so I didn’t inform the owner…the ice maker in the freezer was frozen over, so we couldn’t use it, and the front door lock was difficult to open with the key. However, the home was nice and clean and had everything else we needed. Room temp was good, water pressure was great, and beds were comfortable.

This is our second year staying here for our annual golf trip. It is perfect for our group and the hosts are top notch. Everything was perfect, we couldn't have asked for better accommodations. We'll be back next year for sure.

Overall, the property was perfect for eight golfers with 8 large beds and 4 full bathrooms. The family room was comfortable, TV system easy to operate and kitchen area had all the necessary space, appliances and tableware for a great steak dinner on our last night.

Great Hackers Hideaway

Property was convenient to all the Pinehurst CC golf courses. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and large living room. Needs a little updating in the bathrooms and kitchen. But other than that it worked well for us!
