The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you use the grill, please be sure to clean after use and return the cover once it has fully cooled.
Please make sure all doors and windows are locked and the wooden dowels are in the window sliders. The cleaners will be there at check out to take care of the rest. :) We hope you enjoyed your stay!
Please place all TV remotes directly next to the TV. Lost or misplaced remotes will result in a $100.00 fine per remote.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

The golf course is open Mid-April thru October from 7 AM-7 PM. Please keep off the green during this time and do not leave children unattended.
Please do not remove golf balls from the course/property. Respect the golfers; keep backyard noise low. Balls will land in our yard and on our deck.
Do not move the furniture. Moved furniture is a $500.00 Restaging Fee. Keep TV remotes with the TV. Any lost remotes are $100 each.

This property is in a lovely upscale residential area in a golf community. The rear property abuts one of the fairways and is heavily wooded. Wifi was good. TV and Bose worked well. Good appliances throughout including Keurig and grounds coffeemakers. The host was immediately responsive to questions. Great area for walking dogs too. Clean place to stay.

This property was exactly as advertised. We found it to be very well stocked which made the stay all that more convenient. The beds were comfortable, and the loft area was tailor made for the grandkids. Both living and dining areas were large enough to entertain our entire family. And the location along the golf course made for some great entertainment. We will definitely be back!

Golf Cabin

Such a cozy cabin rental. I have been to many rentals. This was by far the most well stocked, especially the kitchen. Having some golfers in the group, it was fun to watch the golfers out from the patio. Played at the course and it was nice as well. I had a question about the fire restrictions and the host responded immediately. Will definitely like to come back again. Thanks again.

Property Fit Our Needs

Property was nice, the backyard and back porch need a good cleaning. House was well stocked with cookware, paper products, towels. Great dining table for gathering for dinner, and playing board games. Decorated nicely. Several beds in the loft, great for larger families but beware skylight is above the space, made it hard for a few family members. Pleasant surroundings .

Awesome Cabin!

This cabin has everything you need! It was nice and cozy, we had such a fantastic family New Year. We loved every part of the cabin, the kitchen, the dining area and living area. The backyard was beautiful and the fireplace kept us warm! We played many board games and watched lots of movies. This cabin was amazing, would stay again.

Wonderful place to stay

Peaceful Pinetop

We enjoyed a wonderful, peaceful few days at this fabulous home. They have everything, it’s super clean with lots of space indoors and out on the patio deck where you smell pine trees, watch golfers and walk the course with our pups in the morning and evening. Family Vacation

The Ayala house was the perfect place for our family of 13. Three families with 8 teens and we had a blast. The house had literally everything we needed from linens to kitchen items to firewood and golf clubs. The loft was cutely decorated and the kiddos felt like they were at summer camp.

Beautiful Location

The property was very comfortable and family friendly. I took my daughter and 3 of my grandchildren. My son also came with his family for one night. There were plenty of beds and room for everyone. I really enjoyed sitting outside and relaxing. The house has everything you would need for a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed it! Thank you for sharing your home!
