The open-concept main area features a cozy wood stove for chilly nights, as well as a split AC unit inside to ensure you’ll stay cool and comfortable on warm days. The fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the living and dining area gives you plenty of space to gather.

The home includes a bunk bedroom with a full hallway bath and a master suite with an ensuite bathroom for added privacy. Upstairs, a loft bedroom provides extra sleeping space or a quiet place to unwind.

Step outside and embrace the charm of the expansive acre lot and towering pines. Whether you're gathering around the fire pit on rustic log seating, sharing a meal at the picnic table, or stargazing under the clear Arizona sky, there's plenty of room to relax and reconnect. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
