This apartment has been beautifully furnished with your comfort in mind. This historical property consists of 4 separate apartment units with no shared spaces, all 4 are furnished and rented to traveling professionals. This building has been recently renovated and has lots of historical charm. This is the only property we own. It's owner managed and we are very responsive landlords and treat our guest like family. We have hosted traveling professionals in this apartment for 3+ years. Enjoy our beautiful space, close to hospitals and conveniently located in a safe area. Walking Distance from Louisiana Christian University (LCU) Formerly LC.
