Fully equipped kitchen and baths, just bring your food and toothbrush. Perfect family hideaway. New River within walking distance. Horse back riding nearby, within 20 minutes or picturesque West Jefferson and Sparta. In winter you can Ski your heart away in nearby Boone. Warm up and snuggle up in front of real wood burning fireplace or play world class golf in one of several scenic yet extremely challenging golf courses. Come with the whole family or do a romantic get away, house will accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. Sorry no smoking, no pets.

We were celebrating my kids birthdays The property was perfect. The owner was quick to respond. We had everything we needed in the house. We really had an amazing time. Highly recommended.

An absolute Gem in the mountains.

This place is fantastic, we had an issue that i really wish had not happened. Owner was a great guy and very apologetic and refunded our money quickly, I can't wait to go back and really enjoy what this home has to offer. Very Nice Place.

Walking distance to the river. The hills going to and from the river were very steep. We didn't even attempt to walk. Some nice rocking chairs on the porch would have been nice. Neat and clean . Beautiful home, quite neighborhood.

Overall really enjoyable. Terrific location for access to the New River. Difficulty getting into the gated community but owner was very responsive and helpful by phone.
