Lakefront home on Boone Lake! Enjoy the view from the private, amazing covered deck that stretches the entire length of the house. Escape to this lovely house in picturesque Piney Flats. With 3 bedrooms including a king, queen, and twin bed, this cozy retreat offers all the comforts of home. Enjoy the convenience of 2 bathrooms complete with a bathtub and shower. Our place is fully equipped for to make your holiday one to remember. During full pond (May to September) enjoy full use of our private dock/floating dock for swimming or boating enjoyment. Guests can still enjoy the beautiful view and sun on our permanent dock as the lake is lowered October -April. The home is close to Johnson City and ETSU (Eastern TN State University. It is 15 Minutes to the Bristol Speedway, and 40 minutes to Roan Mountain and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Hiking is all around- including parts of the Appalachian Trail. The home is an easy day trip from the Smoky Mountains and to Asheville, NC- each about 1 and 1/2 hours away

Great communication with hosts. Loved that it was a Pet-friendly rental and that it didn't smell like it. There were several maintenance items that needed attention and we passed these along to the host. The views from the patio are outstanding. Great fire pit down near the water. Bring your own wood and enjoy it.

Lake front living

It was such a beautiful space and location!! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. There was a lot of water activity due to the nice weather; however, it was incredibly peaceful!
