This home is a true treasure! Our guests get the entire home, and the attached side yard with a fire pit. This recently renovated home is a true piece of American History. While it will always be a piece of Americana, it has been updated to give travelers the modern comforts while maintaining it’s historical integrity. The home is centrally located and 3 mins from interstate 75. Fort Piqua Banquet Center, The Buckeye Barn, Miami County Fairgrounds, & Kettering Health are all within 10 minutes.

We are located 10 mins to the Fort Piqua Plaza Banquet Center, 7 mins to The Buckeye Barn, 10mins to Miami County Fairgrounds, 4 mins to Kettering Health Piqua. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping stores, and family entertainment in Piqua.

Please be informed that one of the double beds is in a breezeway room, and there for has no doors.
