PAREM DE VENDER MULTI PROPRIEDADE DENTRO DO HOTEL

O Hotel é bem bonito, super novo, tudo muito Limpo e organizado comida boa. Porém tem 2 observações para melhoria. 1- Em um dia do jantar a comida tava muito fria nas ilhas, não sei se nao estava esquentando direito mas estava no máximo morno. 2- O que mais me incomodou e me impediu de dar 5 estrelas: OS VENDEDORES DE MULTI PROPRIEDADE DENTRO DO HOTEL. MUITO CHATO. Eu já deixei de ir pra gramado por cauda disso, agora estou pagando um hotel e dentro dele sou abordado e constrangido por vendedores, a ultima coisa que eu quero para meu dia de descanso.

Avaliação da estadia Gostaríamos de agradecer pela excelente estadia que tivemos. A estrutura do hotel é moderna e aconchegante, e o quarto atendeu perfeitamente às nossas necessidades como casal — funcional, confortável e bem equipado. Os funcionários foram extremamente educados e solícitos em todos os momentos, o que contribuiu muito para a experiência positiva. O café da manhã também merece destaque: variado, bem servido e saboroso. No entanto, tivemos uma experiência decepcionante com o jantar. Optamos por comer fora após o primeiro dia, pois minha esposa, que costuma jantar algo leve, pediu uma salada e recebeu um prato praticamente só de alface, com pouquíssimos complementos. Como esse é um prato comum em nossa rotina, esperávamos algo mais equilibrado e nutritivo. A área da piscina é agradável e bem projetada, mas sentimos que a temperatura da água poderia ser um pouco mais elevada para maior conforto. Além disso, presenciamos dois incidentes envolvendo jovens que escorregaram na borda da piscina — uma delas chegou a cair, felizmente sem se machucar. Acreditamos que o material do piso próximo à piscina seja excessivamente liso, especialmente quando combinado com bronzeadores e protetores solares. Embora o acabamento seja bonito, representa um risco considerável de acidentes, principalmente para idosos. Esperamos que esses pontos possam ser considerados como sugestões construtivas para aprimorar ainda mais. No todo foi bom.

O hotel Pyreneus Residence Gav Resort foi recem inaugurado, ficou muito bonito, bem moderno e facil acessibilidade... fomos em familia com duas crianças, tem recreadores com atividades diárias, ótimo café da manhã e muito confortável.

Super recomendo ! Ambiente incrível

Nossa estadia foi incrível. O atendimento foi excelente e o local foi muito bem planejado para proporcionar o máximo de conforto. O refeitório é muito limpo e as opções do café da manhã são fantásticas. Tudo muito saboroso. Por outro lado, como o resort foi inaugurado há uma semana percebi que os funcionários ainda estão em período de adaptação e ainda não conseguiram sanar pequenos problemas, como por exemplo: a piscina ainda não atingiu a temperatura de aquecimento para utilização no período noturno; a sauna não estava funcionando; o cardápio de almoço achei que tem poucas opções; o box do banheiro não estava totalmente vedado, o que causou vazamento para a proximidade do vaso sanitário (na suíte); Barulho de caminhão e funcionários ao lado da suíte.
