La Maison des Flots is a small old house, recently renovated, semi-detached, located in the small typical village of Kervin in Piriac sur Mer, 500 m from the sea, 2 km from shops and 12 km from Guérande.
Unenclosed outdoor area in front of the gite. Free non-private parking near the cottage.
Ground floor: lounge/living room (convertible BZ 140x190) with open kitchen and separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 2 bunk beds 80x190) and shower room.

séjour agréable

Le gîte est bien situé car proche de la plage et les commerces ne sont pas loin. Malgré que la route soit proche, les nuits sont calmes. Les photos font paraitre le gîte plus grand qu'il n'est et l'extérieur n'est pas privatif
