"Rooms in Chiassetto" is a recently inaugurated facility in July 2022. Located strategically at the center of the triangle: Station - airport - Leaning Tower. The house is on the 1st floor in a building from 1960. The area is quiet as the house is situated in a small alley. The interior of the house has been completely renovated in 2022, including the bathrooms which were reconstructed in the same year. The property features 3 spacious double rooms: one with a private bathroom (with the possibility of a 3rd single bed), and the other 2 rooms share a bathroom. Cleaning is my priority, and I always ensure thorough cleanliness, as you can read in the reviews. There is hand sanitizer available at the entrance to the living room.

I am a very sociable guy born in Livorno, a seaside city. I have traveled and lived in many countries, so I speak fluent English, fluent Spanish, and some French. My native language is Italian. I have lived in Pisa for the last 8 years, so no problem in providing helpful advice and a list of favorite places :) My goal is to ensure that your stay is perfect, so you can always contact me via WhatsApp or calls to address concerns, ask for recommendations, or seek assistance. I enjoy yoga, running, the gym, outdoor activities, and music.

The train station is just an 8-minute walk away, the airport is 18 minutes away. The heart of the ancient city is just a 10-minute walk, 15 minutes from the Ponte di Mezzo (the oldest bridge, very beautiful during evening walks to admire the Arno), and 25 minutes from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which, along with the Cathedral and Baptistery, stands out in Piazza dei Miracoli. Within a 10-minute walk, you can admire the Arno River, which is beautiful at dusk or night with its reflections of light. The shopping streets are "Corso Italia" and "Borgo Stretto" (10-20 min). Palazzo Blu (12 minutes) is a really nice museum in Pisa, hosting international exhibitions by artists like Keith Haring, Kandinsky, Mirò, etc. Visit the website to see what's happening now!
