The staff was really great. All very nice, they know how to treat customers. Overall the hotel is good value for the money you pay. It's an old hotel but to be fair everything is working as expected and there's everything you need. The location is quite convenient for both train station and airport. From there you can walk to the centre of Pisa and the walk is very pleasant.

This hotel is in such a convenient area. Less than 5 min walk from the Pisa Centrale train station. Also within 10 min walk from lots of nice shops and restaurants! The room was nice and clean and staff were friendly! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful and can't be faulted at all. The beds were amazingly comfy and the shower was small but powerful. The building is a bit tired and the entrance to the hotel felt unsafe as there were people loitering and smoking weed. So mixed reviews but overall good for one night!

Very convenient for a three night stay. We went to Cinque terre for 2 days, and then rode the train to Civitavecchia for our cruise. Super price, amenities and location. We loved the breakfast.
