Kontaktaufnahme per WhatsApp zu Beginn. Wenn man mit den Worten: in case of no answer you may not find anyone waiting for you. Begrüßt wird und dann im Zimmer als zweites eine Liste an was darfst du nicht tun und was stellen wir dir dann dafür In Rechnung findest ist das irgendwie nicht so schön. Die Putzsachen lagen im Bad unter dem Waschbecken, das Frühstück bestand nahezu nur aus abgepackten Sachen. Es gab nummeriert im Kühlschrank Wurst, Käse und Butter. Immerhin frischer Toast. In der Dusche waren normales Duschgrl und Shampoo (für uns oder vom letzten vergessen?) und das gesamte (außer das Bett) waren alt und nicht wirklich einladend. Man hatte den Eindruck möglichst kostengünstig bewohnbar gemacht und dann wird Geld verdient. Personal war sehr verpeilt (Internet ging nicht, man spricht nicht miteinander und wir bekommen die selben Fragen 2x. 3 Anrufe vom Manager um 23:30 und ein klopfen an unserer Türe um sich dann um das Internetproblem zu kümmern - was ich doch vorher selbst machen sollte weil niemand da war - runden das Bild ab). Alles in allem war für uns hier wirklich 'der Wurm drin'.

Weinig uitleg . Personeel was er meer niet. Wi-Fi werkte NIET. Ontbijt moest je zelf maar uitzoeken. We wilden uitchecken maar niemand aanwezig, kdmers voldoende groot, echter niet proper. Ramen waren echt vies. Voortuintje waar je kon zitten was ook niet onderhouden. Airco mazkte ontzettrnd verl lawaai. Al goed dat het maar voor 1 nacht was,! 1 oudere dame was wel vriendelijk, maar hebben we maar even gezien bij inchecken. Kortom niet voor herhaling vatbaar!

Rummet var helt okej för ändamålet med vår resa där propan var nära till centrum och en begränsad budget. Personalen var trevlig. Det som Drar ner betyget var en väldigt begränsad frukost som nästan enbart bestod av kakor, vitt bröd och marmelad. Vårt rum var inte särskilt rent och saknade flera saker som jag anser borde finnas i ett pentry, b la en sax och osthyvel.

Goede ligging, fijne kamer maar ERG MUF

Tijdens ons verblijf in Pisa hebben we hier geslapen in kamer 2. Bed en kamer waren goed. We konden gratis droge producten pakken zoals koekjes, muesli, crackers maar ook brood, kaas, nutella en jam. Er is per kamer een plank in de koelkast beschikbaar. Helaas zat de boilerkast in onze badkamer en rook je het vocht/de schimmel die hier uit voor kwam. Gelukkig zaten er twee deuren tussen de badkamer en kamer en konden we de ventilator aan doen. Helaas losde dit niets op aan de geur in de badkamer zelf.

Clean comfortable and very close to the Tower

Our room was newly refurbished, very clean and very comfortable. The bed was very comfy and the shower was good. I know they are common across Italy but we really liked the window shutters- great for keeping the room dark so i can actually sleep in! The room wasn't cleaned during our stay- i read reviews where this was complained about but we prefer it - the common areas were cleaned regularly and i don't make enough mess to need cleaning up after. We did have a bit of trouble contacting the guesthouse with our arrival time on the details expedia provided. Once we had found them on facebook and obtained an email address we had no trouble. The guest house is a 20min stroll or 15min walk from the field of miracles and 10minutes from the pisa s.rossa train station- very handy to visit Lucca and the seaside. When we arrived Simon gave us a free map and a lot of information. It was alot to remember but it was very useful. There is a fridge available to keep food in and a buffet of pastries along with a kettle and microwave in the hallway for use.

Locale sporco, il primo giorno è stato rifatto il letto ma non hanno ritirato le asciugamani sporche inoltre la stanza puzzava di fumo , abbiamo dovuto aprire le finestre. Il secondo giorno è andato peggio i letti non sono stati rifatti, i cestini erano pieni di spazzatura quindi non vi è entrato nessuno per non parlare della polvere le ragnatele e l'armadio che era rotto

Great location to visit Campo di miracoli

The apartment seems in the middle of nowhere, but there is only 1km walk to Campo di miracoli and there are small grocery store, bakery and coffee shop close to the hotel. Free parking is bonus and coming to hotel from highway is plain easy. No need to drive thourgh busy Pisa center with car. Apartment itself is small and cosy. Room and bathroom where spacious. There are no breakfast, but there is a separate building in the garden where you can cook meals or do breakfast youself. Also self service laundry is available. Garden is small but beautiful with little fountain. Definitely worth every penny, but if you are looking for luxury and services this is not the place for you.

Value for money. We were surprised that owners were not resident at the but were helpful on arrival. (Bit difficult if you have a problem with language and have to use the phone). The cake/biscuit breakfast was modest but facilities for making a drink at any time was useful. We had trouble using the coffee machine - it would not work. Also our TV (in room 3) did not work. Parking good and near to the town for restaurants etc. Okay for a couple of nights. Don't expect hotel standards.

Struttura confortevole e personale gentilissimo

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in una camera matrimoniale e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ottima posizione a Pochi minuti dalla Torre e dal centro di Pisa. Camera molto confortevole con letto a baldacchino, ampio bagno e arredamento molto carino nel complesso. Spazio esterno con giardino dove potersi sedere e stare rilassati. Possibilità di poter fare colazione all'interno di una casetta in giardino, dove abbiamo avuto a disposizione caffè e dolci vari Personale molto disponibile e alla mano. Ottima rapporto qualità prezzo. Nel complesso una bellissima struttura nella quale soggiornare nuovamente.

We enjoyed our stay. We got the 2 BR apartment but it consisted of 2 ensuite rooms. One room had a jetted bathtub and a refrigerator. Very clean and comfortable. Outside the room was a kettle, tea and snack cakes. Little keureg type products were sold from a vending machine. I would recommend.

l'hotel o meglio affittacamere come da titolo ci ha visto ospiti per due giorni.Cominciamo dal principio : causa incidente in autostrada siamo arrivati circa alle 20 con corredo di due chiamate da parte dell'albergatore,piuttosto insolito ma accettato,dopodichè l'hotel risulta essere un vero e proprio appartamento in affitto con qualche servizio come ad esempio macchinetta con cialde e snack,boccione dell'acqua e qualche merendina in un porta torta,dopodichè camera più che graziosa,arredamenti nuovi e di buon gusto,bagno pulito,non so perchè ma l'unico difetto è stato quello di un insolito odore di umido nella stanza,forse situata perennemente all'ombra e uno sgradevole odore nel cuscino del letto,con federa nuova ma imbottitura vissuta. Consiglio vivamente di attrezzarsi di cuscino perchè lo stesso oltre l'odore aveva la consistenza di un budino,notti passate sul costato del mio amico,perfortuna condiscendente. Oltre ciò la cucina che è una specie di depandance esterna non siamo riusciti ad aprirla con le chiavi fornite ma forse serviva un trucco non svelatoci. Il check out interessante,dove salutando i muri e chiudendoci la porta dietro di noi non ha visto un congedo da parte di nessuno,in breve consigliato a giovani di poche esigenze,per le famiglie cercate altro.
