Just returned from a lovely stay in this hotel with my husband. The Junior suite was very spacious, quiet at night and very clean. Just a short walk to the tower. I was contacted by the hotel by whatsapp right after I made the booking and provided with check in details. The messaging facility was very useful for asking questions and responses were quick. Coffee machine in room and a welcome drink and snacks were waiting for us when we checked in. Highly recommended. There is no staff at reception at night so if you arrive after 5pm you are sent the entry code and instructions. All very easy.

Beautiful boutique hotel. I would say it’s closer to a 5 star hotel. Location is optimal. It’s between the Pisa Tower and shopping area. Great stay with my doggie.
