This brand-new apartment, with its modern design and refined furnishings, will welcome you in style. Our structure is powered exclusively by solar energy, so you can enjoy your stay knowing you are making an environmentally conscious choice. Thanks to our self check-in system, you'll have access to the apartment at any time through a key safe, opened with a unique code you receive after completing the online check-in. We are only a 2-minute walk from the wonderful white pebble beach that makes Marina di Pisa unique, and you can reach the historic centre of Pisa, with its world-famous Leaning Tower, in just 20 minutes by car. You will find a special card in the house that you can use to open the recycling bins located on the street.
Self check-in with a key box, between 16:00 and 20:00. No one to meet: you arrive, you open, you are in. Please complete the online registration before you travel. Italian law requires us to register every guest, children included, before entry. We send you the link several days ahead and it takes only a few minutes, but it is what unlocks your access code. The registration includes signing the rental contract, a legal requirement for short-term rentals in Italy.
