A recently restored manor house, restored to its former glory, in which the qualifying element is constituted by the recovery of the stone structure, left externally exposed, less than 2 km from the beach, with a panoramic view that stretches from the promontory of Capo Palinuro in Punta licosa, 8 km from the port of Palinuro and 5 km from the port of Marina di Pisciotta.
