Guests have exclusive use of the upper floor, private entrance, front yard, and upper deck. I live on the lower level with my grandchildren. The garage is on the main driveway near your entrance, and parking is shared—please park on the right side to allow garage access.

We may occasionally cross paths, but your space is fully private. The lower deck and backyard (with trampoline and swing) are private and not for guest use.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of French Broad River. Features include laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a jetted tub are available in the vacation home.
