Clean, quiet, and comfortable this condo is the perfect spot for a relaxing week overlooking the sands of Pismo State Beach and the glittering expanse of the Pacific Ocean. Located in the Pismo Shores Estates oceanfront complex with community pool, hot tub, and clubhouse and private access from the complex to the public beach.
The ground level of the condo is the main living space with a nice open layout. This space includes the large, remodeled kitchen, a dining table for 6, sectional sofa, stream-ready smart TV, gas fireplace, and the slider out to the big oceanfront deck with Barbeque. There is also a half bath on this level. The second floor has all 3 bedrooms and both full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, fold down writing desk overlooking the oceanfront balcony and beach. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, and the third bedroom has twin size bunk beds. One bathroom has a walk-in shower and the other has a shower/tub combo.
Complimentary Wi-Fi on a private network (only available to guests staying in this unit).
Covered parking for 1 car.
Rents weekly.
This Complex Does Not Permit Anyone But The Owners Themselves To Bring A Pet.
