This brand new Modern Mediterranean designed building that was just recently completed in 2018, so you can be one of the first to enjoy it's amenities and immaculate high-end finishes.

Features Wood Flooring, White Granite Countertops, High-end Fixtures, Stainless Steel Appliances, Complimentary Wifi internet access, DirecTV, and best of all a Fully Furnished Rooftop Deck with Panoramic Views of the Ocean, Downtown Pismo, and Mountains.

The 400 square foot Private Rooftop Deck features an Eye-Catching Flaming Glass Column Patio Heater, Huge Napoleon Stainless Steel Grill, and a 6 seating Fire Table so you can all enjoy the stunning views this condo has to offer. And exclusive to this unit only, is your own personal Rooftop Spa!

Kitchen is well equipped and stocked with all the basics, but also has: A 36 Bottle Wine Cooler, Ninja Blender, Coffee Maker, K-Cup Coffee Machine, Toaster, Stainless cookware, Stainless Flatware, Wine and Champagne Glasses.

Living room features a spacious open concept design with Leather Power Reclining Sofa Set, a Fireplace, Ceiling Fan and 65" 4K Television with Premium DirecTV Service. You can walk outside the living room to your personal Balcony which overlooks Stimson Avenue with a view of downtown Pismo Beach. The Living room is also equipped with a King Sized Air Mattress that can sleep 2 adults or children.

Master Suite is furnished with only the highest quality furniture and decorations, featuring a high quality Queen Bed with Novaform Mattress, Ceiling Fan and a 55" 4K Television with DirecTV. It is connected to the luxurious master bathroom which features a Custom tiled shower, dual sinks and granite counter tops.

The Second Bedroom is unique because of it's own Juliette balcony that allows you to have some of the best views of the Ocean, Mountains, and downtown and also is furnished with a Queen Bed with Novaform Mattress, Dresseer, large closet, and a 40" SmartTV w/ DirecTV Service.

Third Bedroom also has an ocean view, queen bed with Novaform Mattress. Large closet space and under bed storage as well.

At ground Level, there is a well lit 2 car garage for secure parking of vehicles.

322 Stimson - Unit 1 living space is not wheelchair accessible and may also be difficult to access for the elderly or very small children. However, we manage all of the units in the complex, so please contact us regarding special accommodations and larger groups.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Pismo Beach Pier. Enjoy features like a hot tub and laundry facilities. A kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms are available in the condo.

Highly Recommend!

Beautiful place and great location. Very close to the beach and you can just walk anywhere in town. My family really enjoyed the rooftop deck. We played games, sat in the spa, and enjoyed the beautiful weather. Will definitely be staying here again!

Unit was beautiful although there were a lot of stairs! Could not locate air mattress on first night n called n texted 2 people on contact list but did not hear from anyone till the next day. Rooftop spa n bbq were great n an added bonus! Two car garage was very convenient.

Pismo Family Vacation

My family and I had a great time staying here. The location is unbeatable as it is within walking distance to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. Parking in the garage was perfect, and street parking wasn't difficult. We can't wait to come back again in the future.

Great location with room for everyone

House was exactly as advertised. The kitchen had everything we needed - including the wine frig ready to accept purchases from our wine tasting day. The rooftop patio gave us a great view of the ocean while we stayed warm by the tabletop fire pit. We were able to walk to the beach and to local shops and restaurants. It was a great house for our long Pismo weekend.

Definitely enjoyed our stay here. The condo is nicely decorated and very clean. It's close to the beach and shops as well as great freeway access. Enjoyed the rooftop patio but we sure got a workout with all the stairs.

This condo is a short walk to everything you want to do in Pismo! We loved the rooftop area and hot tub! There's three full flights of stairs from the garage to the roof, so if stairs are a problem, this isn't for you. The (3)bedroom set-up is great for three couples. The kitchen and living area are well appointed, and bright and airy. There's many things to love about this place... and two full sized garage spots with electric hookup for e-vehicles. We had an amazing stay!

I DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN!!!! IT WAS SO WONDERFUL!! AND CLEAN AND RELAXING!! EVERY FLOOR FROM THE GARAGE 1st floor to the 4th floor….ROOFTOP!! The shower the kitchen! The wine fridge kept our bottles perfect!! I can’t thank you enough Mr. Gene for opening up your condo to our kids and I. As I Shared with you this is our first trip without my handsome husband(DAD)….however your ideas that you shared were on point! We MADE BEAUTIFULLLL MEMORIES! That we will have forever!!!! Stimson Spring Break!

Renting Gene’s Stimson condos has become our Spring Break tradition! Great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and visiting our Cal Poly student. And Gene is the best! His condos are very clean and well appointed. We love the spa and deck! And our friends rented to condo next door for a fun filled weekend on the Central Coast!

Wonderful Property

Wonderful beach town get away!!!

Everything was excellent. Had a difficult time getting the hot tub hot? It wouldn't go past bath water temp. Maybe we weren't doing something correctly. Over all it was great being walking distance to down town and beach, restaurants, wine tasting etc. we will defenitely stay again, the view from the rooftop was incredible
