Windy Ridge has large rooms throughout, is spacious, well equipped and fully air-conditioned. The ground floor is open plan with a living, dining and kitchen area combined. Two sets of patio doors provide lots of light and access to the shaded veranda and outside dining area overlooking the swimming pool. There is also a separate fourth bedroom with a double bed and a washroom.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom is en-suite, bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has twin beds. Each bedroom has a balcony with stunning views of the surrounding countryside and the Mediterranean Sea where you can sit and read a book or just admire the view.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances including an induction hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all the cooking utensils that you are likely to need. A washing machine is provided in the downstairs washroom.

The villa grounds are approximately 1000 square metres which is mostly paved, has planted areas and a private pool. The pool is L-shaped, with a shallow end that is 1 metre deep and ideal for children and non-swimmers. The pool slopes off to a deeper end at 2 metres. There are 8 sunbeds and a shaded area beneath shade sails for respite from the sun.

The panoramic views across the countryside are truly spectacular, with Troodos mountains to the east and the Mediterranean Sea to the south. There is nothing better than admiring the view with a gin and tonic!
