Perfect for what we needed!

This property was perfect for our stay and weekend in Indy. Easy drive from the speedway, and out of the traffic. Had some minor issues with the lights/outlets, but we were able to work those issues out easily. It was nice and quiet, good neighborhood with a few amenities close by. Thanks for the great stay!

Spacious

Unit is spacious. New carpeting. Uncomfortable and stained couch/futon. Nice tv. Blinds broken in most rooms. Dark curtains in one bedroom but not the other. Manager responsive to concerns over unit not being cleaned when we arrived by refunding the cleaning fee and providing cleaners next day. Comfortable mattresses. Looks like an issue with picking up outside trash as all units in quad had overflowing trash bins , but surrounding houses were without this eyesore.

Wonderful Stay!

The property was very clean and well maintained. We spent the majority of our stay in Indianapolis, but this property gave us some peace and quiet after a long day out. The location is not far from the city, and its close placement to Brownsburg was also very nice. A very fair price as well! The host was very communicative and clear with instructions, and responded rather quickly whenever I asked any questions. This was my first Vrbo experience and I wouldn't change a thing!
