We were really disappointed with this experience. The building felt dirty with rodent and bug deterrents in every outlet in the hallway. The couch was disgusting and there were areas that could not be sat upon. The shower had almost no pressure - if you have thick hair there is no way you could rinse it out. There was only soap at one sink. The beds luckily were comfortable and felt clean and the space was quiet at night. The staff was responsive when we reached out in that they responded quickly and when they could do something remotely like unlock a door they did and were very pleasant. It was an easy walk to the convention center and there were a bunch of interesting restaurants in the area. The neighborhood didn't seem like one you'd want to be walking around in at night - maybe in the summer. The vape shop on the first floor makes the air kind of pot smelling at times.
