Very affordable and in a pretty decent area. Lots of stuff to do in the area. Only about a 30/40 minute walk from the strip district. Overall great place. I would hope there is availability here for my next trip

Perfect for single traveler

I found this available at the last minute and was extremely pleased with the stay. The place was very clean and had all the important amenities (wifi, tv, parking) and pretty close to where I wanted to be (Pitt). For the price, the value was amazing. There is no official "check in", you're supposed to get an email with codes to enter. I had made my reservation a day or two before when nothing else in the area was available affordably. I did not get the email with the codes, so I contacted the manager and within a couple of minutes I had received the codes and all went well. I was impressed with their responsiveness.
