Centrally located on Mount Washington with easy access to all of Pittsburgh. Walk to restaurants, bars, grocery store, and the Grandview Overlooks. Just steps from the Incline which connects to a trolley to downtown, the North Shore, stadiums, and casino. Great base for exploring the city.

Inside the Home
Walk into an open floor plan featuring a cozy living area with two large couches and a 65" wall-mounted TV. Soaring 9’ ceilings make the space feel even bigger. Dine at a stylish table for four, set beneath an arc lamp and next to a window overlooking the side yard. The fully stocked modern kitchen includes everything you need to cook, plus a drip coffee maker with complimentary grounds.

Step out onto the back deck with two zero-gravity chairs - perfect for relaxing. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious full bathroom with double sinks. One of the two entrances leads directly into the king bedroom, which features two long closets, a ceiling fan, and a luxurious bed.

The third floor has a bright, airy bedroom with two twin beds, skylight, ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet. A new washer and dryer are located in the garage-level basement for your convenience.

Guest Access
The townhouse features three off street parking spaces - two in the driveway and one in the garage. Mt Washington is a safe and very walkable neighborhood with a variety of restaurants, bars, a bakery, a coffee shop, an ice cream parlor and a grocery store steps away. It is also a 4 minute walk to the Grandview Overlooks and Monongahela Incline which travels down to the Station Square Trolley Station, offering quick access to anywhere in the downtown area. By car, it is an 8-10 minute drive to downtown and to the North Shore (Acrisure Stadium / PNC Park / Casino / Carnegie Science Center).

Check yourself in with the keypad on the front door. I will send you an access code a couple of days before your first night stay.

Perfect location in Mt Washington

Rented this place for a weekend event at Duquesne University for its location and space for both of our kids. The place was spotless, comfortable, and had plenty of room for us to spread out. Location is easy walking distance to anything you could need, and the views of the city from the grandview overlook is amazing. We would not hesitate to rent here again.

Visiting MLB stadiums

The house was clean and well stocked. Guests should be aware that they will need to climb multiple sets of stairs, in case that’s a problem. Lots of things to do and see within driving distance or a short walk. We had a great time and would recommend this property if you’re visiting the Pittsburgh area!

Baseball game in PBurgh

We met our oldest and our daughter in law to take in a Mets vs Pirates game. This property was a great location for our weekend trip! Lots of fun bars/restaurants within walking distance. Easy walk to scenic overlook and the Monongahela incline making it easier to get into downtown Pittsburgh. The place was clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room. Streets are steep and narrow but once parked we left our cars and walked everywhere. Easy communication with host. Great spot!

Everything you need

This property is very nice. The small streets are a bit challenging, but you adapt quickly. It’s a close walk to many restaurants and a grocery store, so driving really isn’t necessary for the basics. We will rent this property again.

Clean comfortable and close to all areas

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights in May 2025 in order to celebrate his 50th birthday and do several activities in downtown Pittsburgh. This house was clean, comfortable, and has groceries, pharmacy, restaurants and gas nearby within walking distance. All the other things we did were within 10-15 minutes drive so it was very easy and convenient. We liked having a garage to secure our vehicle and the house itself was very nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to come visit Pittsburgh.

Loved the picture of Pittsburgh behind the couch. We felt very much at home at the house, and liked to local neighborhood, especially the family run Irish restaurant just up the streat.

Amazing location

Just what we needed

Property was just as advertised and exactly what we needed. We found the place clean and comfortable and close to restaurants we enjoy and less than a 15-minute drive to Pitt. The host even accommodated a late check out so my family could attend an evening event and leave our pet until it ended. Alleyway to access the garage is narrow and challenging with an SUV however did not affect our enjoyment of the stay. We would without question rent again.

Home away from home with great hosts!

The house was well located and a short drive/walk to all things Pittsburgh. It was clean and well kept and overall felt very cozy and comfortable for my family of 4 dog. Having the garage to park in during winter weather was a huge bonus! Communication was stellar, with Dave going out of his way to ensure we had all info necessary to enjoy our stay. We would enthusiastically recommend this house to others!

Lovely House

This house was very clean and comfortable. It was also well equipped for cooking. The streets surrounding it are very narrow, which is common in that area but if you have a choice, I would take the smaller car. With that being said, we did just fine with my full size tri k.

Steelers trip

Property is an excellent spot to stay and the house is taken care of very well. Mt Washington has restaurants within walking distance and the overlook to the city is amazing. Must be able to do stairs for bedrooms and the area has very steep roads when walking around.
