The breakfast had such a variety for everyone. That was more than some of the hotel chains I've been too. Very clean rooms, hotel staff was very pleasant. All of them.

The room was clean and met basic comfort needs. I found the staff unfriendly, and perfunctory in the manner of telling us about hotel protocol, and fees associated should we disobey. Perjorative is the word that comes to mind. I understand that some customers would not be respectful of the premises. However, the manner in which the protocol and fees are communicated reminds me of how a bot would respond. No sense of community or connection to the person. It is regretful, for a smile and a welcome was wanting.

The rooms were clean, bed comfortable. The bathroom was identified as accessible. However there was a step over bath tub, with handrails. Accessible to me would be a walk in shower. Also water came from the ceiling when the shower was turned on, there seem to be mold on the ceiling. The staff offered to mkve us but that was at 9 pm and we were not at the hotel. It was a one night stay, and okay for that purpose

Entrance to parking a bit tricky and narrow. I entered to another hotels entrance parking in the beginning. The other thing I didn’t like about the place is the wall must have little to no insulations. I heard the snoring from next door all night. The place overall though is clean and worth the price. Breakfast was descent.

Great Staff - Decent Room

The entire front desk staff were absolutely amazing - very kind, friendly, and helpful! Our room #212 was clean, but it was not in the best condition. Our desk/office chair was broke and the door stopper on the wall entering the room was stripped and had fallen on the floor. One thing that we did not like about the king room with a whirlpool tub, there was no privacy panel, whatsoever, between the bathroom and the living area where the whirlpool tub was located, and that was something we had an issue with.

The day clerk wasn’t very friendly. The night clerks were very polite and helpful. The tub did not drain nearly quickly enough. The beds were very comfortable. The location was great and convenient to our event. The room smelled a bit like mildew.
